We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our sole discretion and we give out free sessions so you can explore our teaching methods before purchasing.

Only regular-priced workshop plans may be refunded. Unfortunately, workshop plans on sale or bought with a coupon cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Children’s Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

ELLoquent collects information about children freely given by parents upon lesson package purchase and lesson booking. ELLoquent does not unknowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 14. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website without your parental consent, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best to promptly remove such information from our records.

Our servers and protocols make our website completely protected and all information about our students under the age of 14 are strictly kept private for workshop purposes and will be deleted as soon as the child stops being a student in our organization.
